What do you need to keep your spiritual journal?

First, download the E-book Keeping A Spiritual Journal.

You will need a regular three-ring binder and a package of lined paper. After you have printed your E-book (58 pages) and punched holes in the pages, place it in your binder.

You will receive a complete set of instructions that include 20 lessons and you will need to use Our Journey to the Sky ~ A Guide to the Process of Spiritual Formation as a companion text. Each lesson, except the first one, corresponds to a chapter in the book. So, as you gather insight and awareness you will have Our Journey to the Sky in one hand and your journal in the other.

As you work on each lesson, keep all of those journal entries together. This will keep your work book organized and create an easy-to-use filing system. You might decide to use subject dividers for each lesson as your work accumulates.

There is no timetable for you to complete your inner work

The purpose of this journal is Self-discovery and it allows you the freedom to explore your life at your own pace. Always remember to title and date your work. Take the time to write freely without self-criticism and enjoy this marvelous opportunity.
